1. We find no reason to entertain this special leave petition, which is, accordingly, dismissed.

2. However, considering the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, that the petitioner be granted some reasonable time to vacate and handover peaceful and vacant possession of the premises in question, we deem it appropriate to grant time till 30.06.2019, subject to filing of a usual undertaking to this effect in this Court within a period of four weeks from today.
