1. The Court is convened through video conferencing.
2. We have heard Mr. Prabhjit Jauhar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, who has submitted that pursuant to the Order dated 04.06.2020, the petitioner has served the second respondent through e-mail. However, service of notice, served upon the second respondent by learned counsel for the petitioner, is not reflected in the Office Report dated 07.07.2020.
3. In such view of the matter, the Registry is directed to serve notice upon the second respondent on her personal e-mail. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall furnish e-mail I.D. of the second respondent to the Registry to enable the Registry to send the notice upon the second respondent through e-mail. Additionally, learned counsel for the petitioner is also permitted to serve fresh notice to the second respondent through second respondent’s e-mail.
4. List the matter on 29.07.2020. Needful be done in the meanwhile.
