1. The petitioners are given liberty to approach the civil court. We make it clear that if a civil case is filed before the appropriate Court the observation made in Para 9, particularly the expression “bonafide purchaser of the property” attributed to the buyers will not come in the way of the petitioners herein.

2. With these observations, the Special Leave Petition stands disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
