Having heard the petitioner-in-person and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents and gone through this transfer petition filed under Article 139A of the Constitution of India and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we deem it fit and proper to transfer W.P. No. 44237/2018 titled as Neelam Manmohan Attavar v. Manmohan Attavar from the High Court of Karnataka to this Court.
