1. I.A. No. 138381/2021 is filed in this Transfer Petition to the effect that the parties have already settled their dispute as per Settlement Agreement dated 12.02.2021 and therefore the petitioner did not seek to pursue the matter any further.
2. In the said circumstances, the petitioner seeks permission for withdrawal of the Transfer Petition. I.A. No. 138381/2021 is allowed.
3. Accordingly, recording the factum of settlement of the dispute the Transfer Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
