4. Having regard to the advanced age of the petitioner and while upholding the conviction of the petitioner, sentence is reduced till rising of the Court. The petitioner may appear before the Court of the CJM of the area within one month from today to undergo the sentence. The remaining part of the impugned judgment will remain undisturbed.
