1. The interlocutory application for deletion of the deceased petitioner No. 1 before the High Court stands allowed.
2. Heard Mr. B. Adi Narayana Rao, learned senior counsel for the petitioners.
3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners, we are of the considered opinion that the petitioners should approach the concerned civil court for adjudication of the controversy. Needless to say, when a civil suit is filed, the same shall be considered in accordance with law without being influenced by any of the observations made by the High Court.
4. With the aforesaid observation and liberty, the special leave petition stands disposed of.
