2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the appellant and the learned Additional Solicitor General appearing for the State (NCT of Delhi).

3. Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant that the appellant is suffering from a mental disorder and is being looked after at home, we would like to get the said fact verified from the prosecuting agency.

4. Learned Additional Solicitor General prays for and is granted two weeks’ time for the said purpose.
