A communication dated 6.8.2015 with an enclosure dated 5.8.2015 handed over to us in Court today by learned counsel representing the State of Orissa is taken on record and marked as Annexure-A.


 


Learned counsel for the petitioner states, that in order to satisfy the police department of the State Government that the petitioner will not indulge in any such activity, as is alleged in the enclosure dated 5.8.2015, the petitioner, if released on bail, would undertake to remain within the city of Rourkela, and not to go outside without express approval of the local police, and further that he shall mark his attendance every day at the police station.


 


Learned counsel for the respondent seeks a week’s time, so as to enable him to obtain instructions with reference to the undertaking recorded in the foregoing paragraph.
