1. Heard Mr. Vikas Singh, learned senior counsel along with Mr. Gaurav Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Jagdeep Dhankhar, learned senior counsel along with Mr. J.S. Bhasin, learned counsel for the respondent.
2. It is the admitted position at the bar that the controversy involved in the present case is covered by the decision rendered in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 411 of 2017 titled Glocal Medical College and Super Speciality Hospital & Research Centre v. Union of India on 1st August, 2017.
3. In view of the aforesaid, it is directed that the directions issued in the said judgment shall also apply in all fours to the case at hand. Needless to say the time period of ten days shall commence from today.
4. Let the matter be listed on Thursday, 24th August, 2017.
