1. Issue notice.
2. As Mr. J.S. Bhasin, learned counsel for the respondent-Society has entered appearance, no further notice need be issued. As far as the other respondents are concerned, let notice be served in the usual course, as also by way of Dasti.
3. Let the matter be listed on 31st July, 2017.
4. There shall be interim stay of the operation of the impugned order. Needless to say, if, eventually, the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the respondents are accepted, this Court shall work out the equities.
