1. Heard.
2. Mr. Jiwan Pal Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, submits that the respondent is willing to negotiate an amicable settlement with the petitioner. He submits that given four weeks time, he shall either finalise the settlement or else file his objection to this petition for appointment of an arbitrator. We make it clear that in case no settlement is arrived at between the parties, the respondent shall not be granted any further time to file his reply, if not already filed within the time granted.
3. Post again on Tuesday, the 15th November, 2016. Needful be done in the meantime.
