1. UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
I.A. No. 13/2015 in SLP(C) No. 20370/2012:
2. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the Union of India, the application for extension of time with effect from 15th July, 2015 for the applicant, Chief Master Sergeant Massimiliano Latorre, to remain in Italy for further treatment and recuperation, is granted for a further period of six months on the medical ground.
3. The Affidavit of usual undertaking duly signed by the applicant and medical certificate shall be filed by the applicant within one week from today.
4. In view of the above, extension of time is granted till 15th January, 2016
5. I.A. No. 13 is disposed of accordingly.

6. Issue notice returnable on 26th August, 2015.
