1. None for the petitioner.

2. The instant special leave petition was filed in the year 2008. In 2016, despite various opportunities having been afforded to the learned counsel for the petitioner, respondent nos. 2 and 3 remained unserved. The aforesaid position sustains till date.

3. In view of the above, one last opportunity is granted to the petitioner to effect service on the unserved respondent nos. 2 and 3, subject to payment of costs of Rs. 5,000/-, to be paid to the Supreme Court Advocates-on-Record Welfare Trust, within one week from today. Service be effected on respondent nos. 2 and 3 within four weeks thereafter.
