The Order of the court was delivered by
Order
1. We have heard Mr. K.K. Venugopal, learned Attorney General for India, and are grateful for the assistance given.
2. We find that the petitioner has been knocking on the doors of several authorities at the end of which nothing has been done to redress any of his grievances. Despite the fact that there is some delay in coming to this Court, we are of the view that the petitioner has been denied justice.
3. In this view of the matter, we ask the learned Attorney General to look into the matter and come back to us with some concrete proposal on the next date of hearing.
4. List on Friday, the 9th August, 2019.
