Order
1. We had requested the learned Attorney General for India to look into this case and see if something could be done as we prima facie felt, on a reading of the papers, that the petitioner has not been treated justly.
2. The learned Attorney General agrees with this and has stated that the representation that was made to the Minister, HRD had been dismissed on 23.09.2015, and states that if this order is set aside by the Court, the present Minister of HRD will look into the matter sympathetically.
3. We, therefore, set aside the order dated 23.09.2015 and direct that the self-same representation be considered by the Minister, HRD, sympathetically within a period of four weeks from today as aforesaid.
4. The Minister, HRD to make an order on the aforesaid representation, which will be placed before this Court in a sealed cover before the next date of hearing.
5. List after four weeks.
