1. Application for intervention/impleadment is allowed.
2. In the peculiar facts and circumstances of the instant case, without commenting on the merits of the case, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner on his furnishing bail bond for a sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and one surety of the like amount. Petitioner shall be released on bail in the event of arrest for the offence in question.
3. Special leave petition stands disposed of.
4. Pending application, if any, also stand disposed of.
