1. Heard Mr. Mukul Rohatgi, learned senior counsel, Mr. Shree Prakash Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr. Ajit Kumar Sinha, learned senior counsel for the Union of India and Mr. Gaurav Sharma, learned counsel for the Medical Council of India.
2. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, it is directed that the Central Government shall afford an opportunity of hearing to the representatives of the Institutions and take assistance of the newly constituted Committee as per the judgment passed by the Constitution Bench in Amma Chandravati Educational and Charitable Trust v. Union of India [Writ Petition (C) No. 408 of 2017], within ten days hence and pass a reasoned order by end of August, 2017. Be it noted, we have passed this order as the order impugned is the communication by the Central Government which is dated 31st May, 2017.
3. List the matter in the first week of September, 2017.
