1. Central Bureau of Investigation (C.B.I.) is impleaded as a party respondent for passing appropriate orders in this application.
2. Today when Ms. Pinky Anand, learned Additional Solicitor General appeared she stated that she will get instructions from the C.B.I. for her appearance on the next date of hearing and also instructions for passing appropriate orders in this matter.
3. Mr. Arvind Datar, learned senior counsel appearing for the Securities Exchange Board of India submitted that he will file a statement as to what are all the safeguards to be taken into account while passing any orders in this application for the compliance of our judgment dated 12th March, 2013.
