1. We have heard Mr. K.V. Vishwanathan, learned counsel appearing for the appellant.
2. We do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned interim order dated 26-3-2018 passed by the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
3. We find no merit in the Appeal.
4. Accordingly, the Civil Appeal is dismissed.
5. Consequent upon the dismissal of the Civil Appeal, pending application filed in the matter also stands disposed of.
6. However, the question of law is kept open.
