1. Learned counsel for the appellants, after arguing for some time states, that the appellants may be permitted to place on the record of this case the consent of the respondents accepting transfer from Pepsu Roadways to the Pepsu Road Transport Corporation.
2. Prayer is allowed.
3. The necessary documents be placed on the record of this case within four weeks, failing which it shall be presumed that there was no consent.
4. List after four weeks.
