1. We have heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. M/s. Saikunj may file its reply.
3. The South Delhi Municipal Corporation may also file its reply indicating how and why the construction was permitted to continue.
4. Mr. D.N. Goburdhan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Government of Delhi says that he would like to prevent unauthorized construction and misuse of residential areas for commercial purposes. He would also like to file an affidavit indicating the exact plan.
5. Until then, we recall the order dated 03.01.20121 to the extent that the Monitoring Committee may continue its work as it was continuing prior to that date.
6. List the matter on 15.02.2018

7. The applications are disposed of in terms of order dated 15.12.2017 passed in M.C. Mehta v. Union of India2 with liberty to approach the Monitoring Committee.
