1. Pursuant to our order dated 06.12.20181, a meeting was held by the Chairman, New Delhi Municipal Council along with Mr. K.J. Rao, Member of the Monitoring Committee. The meeting was held on 07.12.2018 and some decisions were taken with regard to salaries and allowances of employees posted with the Monitoring Committee. One important decision has been placed through a Note of Submissions on behalf of New Delhi Municipal Council and is in the form of Office Order dated 07.12.2018. The submissions and Office Order are taken on record.
2. Report No. 141 stands disposed of.
3. In the event of difficulty being faced by the Monitoring Committee, the learned Amicus may move an appropriate application or approach the Chairman, NDMC.

4. In view of our discussion with the Chairman, Special Task Force on 05.12.2018, no further orders are required to be passed on this report for the time being.
