1. Let the matter be listed on 4th July, 2018, for final disposal.
2. In the meantime, the respondent is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited before the Calcutta High Court, as directed on the earlier occasion. That apart, 50% of the bank guarantee be encashed by the Registry of the Calcutta High Court and the amount be released in favour of the respondent. Needless to say, our direction for withdrawal of the amount and encashment of the bank guarantee by the Registry of the High Court of Calcutta and payment to the respondent, shall be done in accordance with the rules in vogue for transmission. This direction is passed, subject to final adjudication in the special leave petition. Additionally, the respondent shall give an undertaking before the Calcutta High Court that it will abide by the final decision of this Court.
