1. The order dated 18.01.2019 is modified to the extent that instead of paying damages of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand) per month directly to the respondent, the same shall be deposited before the High Court.
2. List the matter on 12th March, 2019.
3. Counsel for the respondent shall file its counter affidavit in the meantime.
4. Counsel for the petitioner is directed to supply copy of the SLP paper books and other relevant documents to the counsel for the respondent.
