1. Leave granted.
2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the appeal, viz. Civil Appeal No. 9423 of 2016, filed by the Delhi Development Authority in respect of the very same acquisition has been dismissed vide order dated 20.09.2016.
3. Therefore, this appeal is dismissed, however, subject to the liberty reserved to the Delhi Development Authority for acquisition afresh as per the Judgment referred above.
4. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
5. No costs.
