1. After hearing the matter for some time, we are of the opinion that the present mental and medical condition of the appellant should be ascertained. The appellant is lodged in Central Jail, Raipur, Chhattisgarh. She shall be got medically examined by competent specialised doctor/psychiatrist by the Superintendent of Jail and report be sent to this Court within 15 days from today.
2. List the matter after four weeks.
3. Copy of this order shall be immediately sent to the Superintendent of Jail, Central Jail, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, for compliance.
