Order
1. After hearing learned counsel for the parties at length we are of the opinion that the petitioner namely, Kavita Dhingra in SLP(Crl) No. 1820/2018 and the petitioner namely, Pankaj Dhingra in SLP(Crl) No. 2024/2018 are entitled to protection against arrest during the trial and, therefore, the interim orders passed on 23.02.2018 and 09.03.2018 respectively are made absolute.
2. However, at the same time, we ask the petitioners to deposit some amount in the court. They are agreed to deposit a sum of Rs. 20 lakhs, which shall be deposited with the Trial Court within two months from today. In case the amount is not deposited, the benefit of this order shall not continue. The petitioners shall also cooperate in the investigation and in case the petitioners threaten any witnesses, the respondents shall be entitled to move the Trial Court for cancellation of bail.
3. The Special Leave Petitions are disposed of accordingly.
4. Pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of accordingly.
