1. Delay condoned.
2. We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order passed by the High Court which arises out of interlocutory proceedings pending in a main suit.
3. We, however, direct the learned trial Judge to ensure expeditious disposal of the civil suit being O.S. No. 665/2011 preferably within a period of one year as an outer limit strictly in accordance with law, without being influenced by any observation made by the High Court in the impugned order.
4. With these observations, this special leave petition stands disposed of.
5. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
