1. In view of the amendment as to the eligibility which has been made with respect to class 10 and class 12, counsel submitted that said grievance has been removed. The petition at this stage in the case of validity of Rule 1(4)(a) regarding domicile, need not be adjudicated and is kept open with liberty to question the same in case domicile certificate is deprived for any reason, whatsoever, to the petitioners.

2. In case domicile certificate is granted, the case of the petitioners would be considered.

3. Let the petitioner apply for domicile certificate. That prayer shall be considered within a week thereafter.

4. The Special Leave Petitions stand disposed of accordingly. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
