1. Having heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and upon perusal of the record, we see no reason to interfere with the impugned judgment and order passed by the High Court which merely directs the petitioner to give evidence in support of his complaint.
2. However, we direct that the concerned trial court shall make every effort to ensure the presence of accused nos. 1 and 2 at the trial.
3. Non-bailable warrants issued against the present petitioner stand cancelled on condition that the petitioner voluntarily appears before the trial court on 04.03.2020.
4. The instant special leave petition is disposed of in the above terms.
5. Pending interlocutory applications, if any, stand disposed of.
