1. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent(s) seeks time to file counter affidavit stating the steps that have been taken to pay the dues of the workers.
2. The matter is serious and has been pending in this Court for a long time. However, since learned counsel does not appear to have any instructions, as a last chance, we adjourn the matter by a period of two weeks for filing reply. If the respondent(s) fails to file the reply within the time granted, the Secretary, Ministry of Commerce, Department of Commerce and Industry, shall remain present on the next date of hearing.
