1. Heard Mr. C.A. Sundaram, learned Senior Advocate (Amicus Curiae), Mr. Dhruv Mehta, learned Senior Advocate and all other learned Advocates appearing for the parties.

2. Mr. Harish Pandey, learned counsel for AICTE invited our attention to the affidavit filed on behalf of the Ministry of Human Resource Development in Writ Petition (C) No. 4830 of 2013 and CM Appl. No. 10954 of 2013 in High Court of Delhi. He further submitted that similar affidavits have been filed in respect of various parties including the present petitioner. A copy of that affidavit shall be filed in this Court within a week from today after effecting service upon the petitioner.

3. The petitioner shall deal with the contents of the affidavit in the written submissions which may be filed within a week thereafter.

4. All parties are at liberty to file written submissions within two weeks from today.

5. Hearing concluded.
