The Order of the court was delivered by
Order
1. A short affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Ministry of Home Affairs by the learned ASG pursuant to order dated 22-10-20181 and subsequent orders including order dated 6-12-20182.
2. The Government of India may frame the necessary Guidelines/SOP and implement them within two weeks so as to eliminate child pornography, rape and gang rape imageries, videos and sites in content hosting platforms and other applications.
3. List the matter in February, 2019.

4. The learned ASG says that necessary steps will be taken to block the websites listed in para 10 of the application and evidence may be collected by the Law Enforcement Agencies in this regard.
5. No further orders are required to be passed on this application.
