1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will deposit an amount of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees ten lakh only) in the Registry of this Court within two weeks.
2. The amount deposited be kept in the fixed deposit for a period of six months.
3. Subject to deposit being made, notice be issued to the respondents returnable in four weeks.
4. In the meanwhile, there shall be stay of the operation of the impugned judgment passed by the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
