2. There is an inordinate delay of 1912 days in filing these appeals for grant of leave to appeal for which no worthwhile explanation is forthcoming from the application seeking condonation.

3. Even otherwise, we do not find any merit in the application seeking leave to appeal.

4. Accordingly, application seeking leave to appeal is dismissed on the ground of delay as well as on merits.
