1. Exemption from filing C/C of the impugned judgment granted.
2. The only grievance voiced by learned Additional Solicitor General is to the following paragraph appearing on page 12 of the paper book:
“There shall be no exemption to any persons, officer and individual and the two wheelers from the ambit and scope of odd and even scheme. They will be applied with equal rigour to all cases and all vehicles.”
3. The submission of learned Additional Solicitor General is that women and two wheelers may be granted an exemption.
4. We accede to the request of the learned Additional Solicitor General and, for the time being, stay the operation of the direction mentioned above in respect of women and two wheelers.
5. Delay condoned.
6. Issue notice.
7. Ms. Lalita Kaushik, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of Respondent No. 1 and seeks some time to file reply.
8. Reply be filed within four weeks.
