Kurian, J.:—

1. We do not find any reason to entertain this appeal, which is, accordingly, dismissed.

2. However, in the peculiar facts of this case, we grant time upto 31st October, 2018 for vacating the premises, subject to filing the usual undertaking in this Court within a period of two weeks from today.

3. Towards use and occupation charges, the petitioner shall continue to pay Rs. 2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) to the respondent.
