1. We have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
T.P.(C) No. 1364 of 2016:
2. Without expressing any opinion on merits, we direct that proceedings in Petition No. 337 of 2016 titled “Ajay Kaushik v. Geeta Kaushik” on the file of CJ(SD)/ACJM, Rewari, Haryana, shall stand transferred to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, for hearing and disposal in accordance with law. Records shall be sent by court where proceedings are pending to the transferee court forthwith. It will be open to the parties to seek clubbing of all the matters, if any, pending between them in accordance with law.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has made a statement that the petitioner will not object to video conferencing prayer of the respondent to the extent permissible under the law.
4. The Registry to transmit a copy of this order to the courts concerned. Parties to appear before the transferee court on Monday, the 10th September, 2018.
5. The transfer petition is, accordingly, allowed with the above direction.
