2. Dasti, in addition, is also permitted.
3. Pending further orders from this Court, the petitioner shall be permitted to appear in the preliminary examination for Uttar Pradesh Higher Judicial Service, subject to the following conditions :—
(1) He makes an application before the Registrar General of the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad within two days from today.
(2) In case he qualifies in the preliminary examination, he shall be permitted to appear in the Uttar Pradesh Higher Judicial Service Examination, 2018 (Main).
(3) The result of the main examination (subject to his qualifying in the preliminary examination) shall be kept in a sealed cover.
4. Tag with Writ Petition (C) No. 594 of 2016.
