Order
1. We have heard learned senior counsel for the parties at length.
2. We find that the incumbents have not been regularized, that is gross violation of the order passed by this Court as well as they have not been paid like regular employees. The scheme framed is also in derogation of the directions issued by this Court and undertaking furnished by the contemnors and in particular orders dated 11.07.2018 & 17.09.2018.
3. Mr. R. Venkataramani, learned senior counsel appearing for the contemnors/respondents, has prayed for a weeks’ time to make the compliance in pith and substance of the order. As contempt has already been committed, we grant last opportunity to report compliance.
4. Let the contemnors/respondents remain present in this Court on the next date of hearing.
5. List on 14.11.2019.
