1. Mr. A.N.S. Nadkarni, learned Additional Solicitor General of India, has very fairly stated that the Government is open to the suggestions which can be made by the petitioner-Federation. For this purpose, the Hon’ble Minister is ready to give hearing to the representation(s) of the Federation on 17.01.2019 at 11:00 a.m.

2. We are happy to note that the parties are maintaining that it shall not be treated as an adversarial litigation and if some suitable formula is devised, which is acceptable to all the parties, that would be an ideal thing.
