After hearing learned counsel for the parties, we are of the view that it might be appropriate if the petitioner – Bank re-considers the entire issue in the light of the representation made by the respondent. The reconsideration should take place through a speaking order within a period of six weeks from today without being influenced by the order passed by the High Court. The respondent may give a fresh representation within a week from today.
2. The special leave petition stands disposed of.
