2. In the facts of the case we are not inclined to interfere. However, we leave it open to the petitioner to move the learned trial Court for regular bail once again in the event the trial gets prolonged and is not disposed of within a reasonable period i.e. six months from today.
3. The special leave petition and all pending application(s) are disposed of in the above terms.
