1. The present application has been filed to delete the name of the respondent No. 9 from the array of parties in the writ petition.
2. Regard being had to the averments made in the writ petition and the lis involved, the prayer is allowed and the name of the respondent No. 9 stands deleted.
3. Crl.M.P. No. 17864 of 2015 is, accordingly, disposed of.

4. Let the matter be listed on 7th April, 2016.
5. The petitioners, who are present in the Court today, have submitted that though they have filed an application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, forming the subject matter of M.Cr.C. No. 7787 of 2013, yet they do not intend to proceed with the same as the present special leave petition has been filed.
6. In view of the aforesaid submission made by the petitioners, the application filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. pending before the High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Principal Seat at Jabalpur, is deemed to have been disposed of.
7. In the meantime, the respondent Nos. 2 to 6 shall be served by the competent authority of the State. Mr. Saurabh Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the State submits that he will see to it that they are served. Dasti, in addition, is permitted.
8. As far as the respondent No. 8 is concerned, the Registry shall issue fresh notice to him.
