3. After having heard the learned counsel appearing for the appellant and perusing the material available on record, we do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order passed by the Special Court (Trial of Offences relating to Transactions in Securities) Act, 1992 at Bombay.

4. We find no merit in the appeal.

5. The appeal is, accordingly, dismissed on the ground of delay as well as on merits.
