1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. We do not find any ground to interfere with the impugned order.
3. However, the petitioner will be at liberty to apply for bail afresh after the examination of the victim. The prosecution may examine its evidence at the earliest and the trial Court may conclude the trial as far as possible within a period of six months from today.
4. The special leave petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
5. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
