1. The petitioner was granted interim protection against arrest.

2. We are informed that the investigation is complete and Central Bureau of Investigation has filed chargesheet, which was filed in the year 2015. In these circumstances, let the petitioner apply for regular bail before the Trial Court which shall be considered forthwith. The interim protection shall continue for the period of four weeks.

3. The Special Leave Petitions are disposed of accordingly.

4. Pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of accordingly.
