2. Application for exemption from filing official translation is allowed.
3. We have heard learned counsels for the parties present.
4. It is our considered view that instead of entertaining these special leave petitions and keeping the matter pending it would be more appropriate to request the High Court to decide the matter at the admission stage as ordered by itself. This will be done as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from today.
5. The special leave petitions are disposed of in the above terms.
