Order
1. Defects pointed out by the Registry are waived.
2. Learned Solicitor General of India has accepted the fact that the issues raised in these special leave petitions are being heard by a 5-Judge Bench of the Calcutta High Court. In such view of the matter, Shri Tushar Mehta, learned Solicitor General has made a request that he may be permitted to withdraw these special leave petitions with liberty to raise all such issues raised in these petitions and all other available contentions before the 5-Judge Bench of the Calcutta High Court, which is hearing the matter.
3. All other parties shall also have liberty to raise all such contentions as are available to them in law.
4. It is made clear that we have not examined the matter on merit and are not passing any orders or observations on the merits of the case.
5. The special leave petitions stand disposed of as withdrawn, with the liberty aforesaid.
